3. SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS

Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data about visitors or persons under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years old. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.

4. WHY AND HOW LONG

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to call or email you about the booking, for example (but not limited to): responding to questions, sending a quote;
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products;
  • Analyze your behavior on the website in order to improve our website and tailor it to your preferences.

We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data was collected or as determined by law.

Marina Residence Lagos does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without a human being involved (for example an employee of Marina Residence Lagos).

5. DATA SHARING

  • Marina Residence Lagos does not sell or share your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
  • Social media buttons are included on our website. When using these, the administrators of those services collect your data.
  • We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
  • Marina Residence Lagos remains responsible for these processes.

  • We can send information to provide all parties involved with important information about the work to be carried out by us.
